Engine-cooling radiator

The radiator transfers engine heat to the air. Corrosion, impact damage, split plastic tanks, damaged seals or blocked passages can cause coolant loss or poor heat transfer. A falling coolant level, visible staining, steam or rising temperature requires investigation.

Why diagnosis comes first

Coolant loss does not always come from the radiator. Hoses, thermostat housings, water pumps, expansion tanks, EGR coolers and internal engine faults can produce similar symptoms. The leak source should be identified rather than guessed.

Air-conditioning condenser

The condenser sits at the front of the vehicle and can be damaged by corrosion, stones or impact. CD-EX can replace a confirmed faulty condenser and associated seals where appropriate.

Current service limit: CD-EX does not currently recover, recharge or handle A/C refrigerant. Any legally required refrigerant work must be completed by an appropriately qualified and equipped A/C specialist.

Correct parts and final checks

Vehicle variants can use different radiator or condenser dimensions and connections. The exact part is confirmed before the appointment. After cooling-system work, correct coolant, bleeding and leak checks are essential.
